…For the renovation, Kent and his business partner Mike walked us through every step and were very straightforward with the pricing and timeline. ERI Building and Design were soup to nuts. We started with renderings, and together we make tweaks, and then Kent and Mike and his team got to work pulling the necessary permits and the work started shortly thereafter. We have used ERI for a number of projects, large and small. The team is great and the work is very high quality. They are especially good at translating an idea into a great result. For some elements of our larger project we simply gave them pictures of what we wanted and they ran with it. ERI has done a couple of projects for us but most recently they did a complete redo of our kitchen. The team was responsive, helpful, timely, prompt, professional, and amazing. They guided us through the whole process and handled all the behinds the scenes work quickly and efficiently. We would highly recommend them for any job you are thinking of.

We have used ERI for 20 years on two different houses. They’ve done everything from additions to renovations to fire pits for us. Without exception their work and service are top notch. The workers they send on the job are also always people you are happy to have in your home. ERI is responsive, great quality, they are dependable and they stand by their work. We had a flood in our lower level rec room. ERI helped us contact a remediation company and followed up with our insurance company to get us the correct amount of reimbursement. They made the rec room better than new.

ERI Building & Design recently helped us renovate our kitchen, pantry and wet bar, and I could not be more pleased with the results. In a project like this, especially during COVID, communication and trust is everything. They set a clear timeline and exceeded it. Most importantly, they clearly communicated who would be at the house each day and all workmen were always on time, courteous, professional, and always cleaned up any mess before they left. It was a pleasure having them in our house and they were great with our dogs!

Their work is first rate and I would highly recommend them to anyone. We will be hiring them again!
