Kent Eppley and Mike Palumbo, partners of ERI Building and Design, LLC., were recently awarded “Remodeler of the Year” for 2017-2018 by the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Fairfield County.
Kent Eppley started Eppley Renovations Inc. in 1984 as a general contracting firm. As the demand for quality building and construction in Fairfield County grew, it was only natural to add design services for clients who wanted the convenience of everything under one roof. In 1998 Mike Palumbo joined the company as an innovative designer. Mike was the second individual to become a certified residential designer by the American Institute of Building Designers in the state of Connecticut.
Over the years ERI Building and Design has won many awards including Best Custom Home, Builder of the Year, and Outstanding Home. In 2006 ERI Building and Design won Philanthropist of the year for their work with Joshua House, which is a not for profit organization that builds homes for the underprivileged. In 2014, ERI Building and Design won Philanthropist of the year once again. This time Mike Palumbo and his son Michael Palumbo, won for feeding the homeless and underprivileged on the streets of Bridgeport. With sights set on keeping the business going and growing Kent’s son, Brendan Eppley, has also joined ERI bringing youthfulness and continuity to the firm.
Congratulations once again to Kent and Mike who are constantly striving to go above and beyond what is expected of them to make their clients customers for life!
